dinner: CSA stir fry! udon noodles w/ bok choy, radishes, green garlic, green pepper (non-CSA veg), sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice vinegar & hot sauce
snack: a hashbrown with ketchup & strawberries

breakfast: smoothie w/ banana, frozen strawberries, green protein powder & almond milk
lunch: quesadilla w/ Daiya cheese, dipped in salsa; iced coffee w/ soy creamer
snack: tropical fruit Lara bar & trail mix (almonds, dried cranberries & choc chips)
dinner: CSA pasta dish! spaghetti w/ braised greens (kale, spinach, beet greens, etc) and green garlic in a lemon-wine sauce

breakfast: a banana & OJ
lunch: quesadilla w/ Daiya cheese, dipped in salsa, & some tortilla chips
snacks: a peach & sunflower seeds
dinner: salad w/ romaine, tomato, pickles, 'thousand island dressing' & falafel
dessert: strawberry coconut milk ice cream

breakfast: green juice made from cucumber, celery, and sprouts / a shot of wheatgrass

snack: apple juice

lunch: summer burrito with tofu, black beans, rice, and mango salsa in a tortilla from Boloco

dinner: a tortilla chip / hummus and pita and veggies / falafel / tabouleh / dolmas / fresh fruit from Soundbites

I wasn't posting this past week while I was visiting the family. I got back to my roots and had lots of green juice, frozen meals, salad, chocolate chips, popcorn, lemonade, rice dream ice cream, veggie burgers, pretzel goldfish, imitation deli meat, pasta, etc etc.
