Lunch. Taco Del Mar makes a pretty mean vegan burrito. Refried beans, whole pinto beans, rice, onions, cilantro, tomatoes and green onions -- Wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
Dinner. Mmm . . . I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That's an old favorite. Though now the bread is Sunflower's 9 grain bread, PB is the "grind it yourself from peanuts and salt", and the jelly is cherry preserves (no high fructose corn syrup). I also had 2 pieces of "buttered" Toast with "Soy Garden" whipped spread. They're the only brand of margarine I will buy because they don't use hydrogenated oils, which translates to no transfat.

It's my small part to piss off corporate America by refusing to buy any product that contains hydrogenated oils.
