breakfast    - peanutbuttery cereal, soymilk

lunch             - yummy bread day! rosemary bun, slices of tofu, salad greens, onions, oil&vinegar, salt&pepper
                      - pesto pasta with raw veggies (squash, radish, cauliflower...)

dinner         - 2 light crackers, sabra hummus w/ pine nuts
                   - 1 slice ezekiel bread w/ peanut butter and banana slices

snacks      - apple
                   - cranberry/rasberry/apple juice
                   - a few roasted cashews
                   - mini luna bar

l: fuji apple (the best apples because they are totally reliable. Always going to taste great.)

d: marinated chickpeas with roast pumpkin

dessert: sweet william chocolate bar

snack: 40 grams of mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts)

boring but tasty day over all.

organic sweet mint pea soup with 1 piece of baked Wildwood savory tofu

Snack:
1 piece of baked Wildwood savory tofu

Desert:
1 cup organic Scottish breakfast tea with organic blue agave nectar
1 macrobiotic oat & blueberry "breakfast" cookie (organic rolled oats, organic whole wheat pastry flour, organic brown rice syrup, organic maple syrup, dried blueberries, organic raisins) with agave nectar

Snacks:
organic pear with blue agave nectar
1 G.T.'s Organic Raw Kombucha (grape)
1 piece of organic baked Wildwood savory tofu
organic broccoli soup
