Sweet and spicy

Breakfast; a banana & green tea.

Lunch; leftover sauteed tofu strips with sauce for dipping. Tofu was seasoned with black pepper, taco sauce, soy sauce, garlic, onions, mild chile peppers, and a pinch of hot pepper. Sauce is a mixture of honey (I know, some vegans say honey isn't vegan, but I like honey) and finely chopped fresh mango, with cinnamon and orange peel.

Dinner; refried bean tostadas with lettuce, tomato, white button mushrooms and taco sauce.

As a side note, what percentage of vegans do versus don't consume honey?
