I love how only two people post on this but anyway…

I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times and I apologize but I looked through your community and couldn’t find much on this subject.

I have recently decided to become a vegan for several reasons. The main one is that I hate meat. It is just weird thinking about eating an animal. Of course that would only make me a vegetarian. I have decided to make the step to become a vegan because I am allergic to dairy products. I eat them anyway now but it is extremely unhealthy for me.

My main concern is that I will not have enough food to fill me up. What are some good food choices that I can go for? Also I need to feed my family dinner from time to time and they believe in having a 'balanced' meal. What can I do to get around this? I am all new at this so if any of you have any suggestions, ideas or even stories for me I would greatly appreciate them!
