Default

So I figured it was about time to post...

Breakfast:
- 1 (8 fl oz) mug with Coffee (6 oz) and Silk Nog (2 oz)
- 1 half cup serving of apple sauce
- 1 cup Silk Enhanced soymilk
- 1 Vans Blueberry waffle with 1 teaspoon 100% maple syrup

Snack:
-1/3 cup spicy trail mix

Lunch:
-1 serving tostitos corn chips
-1/4 cup garlic hummus
-1 Smart dog on a Rudy's organic hot dog bun
-A handful of raisins

Snack:
-half of a Luna Chocolate Pecan pie bar

Dinner:
-1 HUGE salad with half an avocado and 2(tbs) salad dressing
-1 small serving of onion roasted potatoes

Dessert:
-1 organic banana


I have a long day tomorrow (Rah Rah Rah for college starting back up) so I'm already thinking about my meal plan for tomorrow.
